I town for concert in asb theatre, aotea square, so location was perfect. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out we found the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room had a king size bed. The room and bathroom were very spacious and very comfortable. We had supper in the atrium bar after concert and the buffet breakfast in straits cafe in the morning both of which were excellent and great value for money. Will definitely be back and will recommend to friends. We stayed 2nd oct, 2014 .

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful hotel, handy location with good parking. Some of the friendliest and helpful staff i've come across. Nice room and lovely bathroom, comfortable bed and the room was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend to others and would love to stay again. .

Excellent place to stay. Very conveniently situated for city centre - theatres, etc. Very comfortable room and all amenities. Reception and restaurant /café staff all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!.

Great stay, the rooms a very spacious and its nice that they have a proper bath tub! would be nice if they provided bath robes by default, had to request them.
