Rayland Motel is conveniently situated next door to Rainbow's End, Westfield Shopping Mall, Restaurants, Cinemas. Short Walk to TelstraClear Pacific Centre. 7 min drive to Botany Mall Studio Unit (28 Units) (1-2 people) Contains: One queen and one single bed, kitchenette, bathroom and 5 SKY TV channels. Family Unit (6 Units) (up to 4 people) Contains Upstairs: One queen and one single bed with TV and separate toilet. Downstairs: One single bed, kitchenette, bathroom and 5 SKY TV channels. Family Deluxe Unit (1 Unit)(up to 6 people) Contains Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each containing one queen and one single bed with TV's and a bathroom with toilet and basin. Downstairs: Kitchenette, bathroom with a shower and toilet and 5 SKY TV channels. We have 3 studio units available with access facilities.

Downstairs Contains: Double Sleeper Sofa, Bathroom with Shower, Self-Contained kitchenette with Microwave and SKY TV Contains Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each containing one queen and one single bed with TV's and a bathroom with a spa bath. Downstairs: A double sleeper sofa, kitchenette, second bathroom with Shower. SKY TV. Rates are for 6 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $20.00. The room caters for a maximum of 8 adults, and a maximum of 7 children but cannot exceed 8 guests in total.

One Queen and One Single Bed plus Toilet Downstairs Contains: Trundler Bed, Bathroom with Bath, Self-Contained kitchenette with Microwave and SKY TV Rates are for 4 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $20.00. The room caters for a maximum of 5 adults, and a maximum of 5 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total.

Great stay with the family. Everything we needed was right there within a few minutes walk. Clean rooms and great service at the reception. We will be back!.

Shouldn't be listed here on travelbug where visa debit is preferred. Made my booking, paid and got there only to be stung with a $100 deposit (because they don't accept visa debit even though i paid in advance online with visa debit!) which was stated in their policies at their desk but most certainly not here. After questioning why they hadn't disclosed this in travelbug and much frustration, they promptly gave that $100 back but what a huge annoyance. After all that hassle, the motel wasnt even worth the price. The beds were comfortable but that is the only positive i can give. Rooms were filthy on the walls and edges (as though they've never been scrubbed). Blankets had lipstick marks on them. Had coffee & tea but no jug or milk to make one. And the family suite i was in, didn't even have a couch to sit on! a budget motel makes this one look out of place. Won't be staying here again and certainly won't recommend it to others. .

Dissappointing! we paid a bit extra for a unit with a spa - don't waste your cash! single bath in a very tired bathroom and only 2 out of 4 of the jets worked! the fridge didn't work properly on the first night which was inconvenient. Kept awake by a party a few doors down too! it was a bit overpriced for what we got to be honest. Not recommended! .

Me and my partner stayed last night in a studio unit . The unit was clean and with comfortable beds. Location and staff are amazing. We also got free car park. All in one, value for money. We will come stay at rayland motel whenever we are in manukau city.

I suppose when on a tight budget you get what you pay for, but the toenail on the floor when we arrived was still there when we left three days later despite the unit being cleaned daily. Other small things let the motel down like the burnt cord on the electric kettle and the black mildew on the net curtains. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay, obviously trucker friendly by the number of trucks there.( in my mind a positive).
